McCuaig Desrochers LLP, a mid size downtown firm requires a legal assistant with a strong background in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, creating minute books, etc. In addition, the assistant is required to perform various tasks such as dictation, filing, opening and closing of files, billings and the ability to work within a document management system. The ideal candidiate will have at least 5 years experience with a minimum of CORES Level l. (CORES Level lll would be an asset)
