Vincent Kurata has a general practice with a focus on civil litigation, including insurance, employment, personal injury, and family law matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, and has experience with various Alternative Dispute Resolution processes such as mediation, Judicial Dispute Resolution, and negotiation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Vincent worked as a summer student with the Health Law Institute at the University of Alberta, as an Articles Editor for the Alberta Law Review, and held a clerkship at the Alberta Court of Appeal (2007-2008).
Vincent is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Civil Litigation section of the Canadian Bar Association. Although he is not a francophone, Vincent speaks French and welcomes French-speaking clients.
