Nathan articled with McCuaig Desrochers LLP, since joining the firm as an associate he has maintained a general practice including commercial and litigation matters. 

Nathan also has a significant immigration law practice.  He is a member of the executive of the Immigration section of the CBA Alberta Branch and as a student was a recipient of the Honourable Donald Lee Prize in Immigration Law.

Nathan is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association including the Business Law and  Immigration sections.
