Wally McKall practices law in the area of litigation.  He represents companies and individuals who are making claims and companies and individuals who are having claims made against them.  He has been a lawyer for more than 30 years and has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta.

Wally has extensive experience in lawsuits against insurance companies for non-payment of claims.  He also represents owners of companies when there are internal disputes or when there are disputes with other companies.

He has represented clients in many breach of contract cases.  These have included wrongful termination of employment, non-competition clauses and non-payment for goods and services.

He has also represented many clients who have experienced loss through the negligence or fault of others.

Wally has extensive experience in representing professionals before their disciplinary committees.

On the personal side, Wally canoes, fishes and engages in fall outdoor pursuits.
