Wendy Danson conducts a general practice with a particular emphasis on immigration law. Her immigration practice is primarily directed at corporate and business immigration clients, and includes temporary and permanent immigration. Her practice also includes applications to Federal Court.
In addition to immigration law, Wendy has a busy wills and estates practice including estate planning and estate administration.
Wendy is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) (Immigration and Wills & Estates sections), and the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA). Wendy is a Board Member of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC). She is a former lecturer in Immigration Law at the University of Alberta, Past Chair of the CBA National Immigration Law Section, and a former member of the Federal Courts Rules Committee.
In 2014, Wendy has again been recognized by both The Best Lawyers in Canada and Canadian Legal Lexpert directories as a leading practitioner in Immigration Law.
