Wendy Danson conducts a general practice with a particular emphasis on immigration law. While her immigration practice is primarily directed at corporate and business immigration matters, she also practices in the areas of skilled workers and family immigration.

In addition to immigration law, Wendy has a busy wills and estates practice including estate planning, estate administration, and dependent adult matters.

Wendy is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) (Immigration and Wills & Estates sections), and the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA). Wendy is a member of the Federal Courts Rules Committee and a Board Member of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. She is a former lecturer in Immigration Law at the University of Alberta and Past Chair of the CBA National Citizenship & Immigration Law Section. She is a member of the Rules Committee of the Federal Courts.

Prior to entering into the practice of law, Wendy had an active career in the trade union movement, specializing in public sector labour relations.
