Nathan A. Po
Nathan is the head of our Immigration Law Practice Group and is recognized as a leader in the field of Immigration Law. He is a past Chair of the Immigration Law (North) Section of the Canadian Bar Association’s Alberta Branch and since 2014 has been an elected executive member of the National Immigration Law Section of the CBA. On several occasions Nathan has been invited to speak to immigration lawyers from across the country at the Canadian Bar Association’s National Immigration Conference.
Nathan was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2018 and 2019 Editions of The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in the field of Immigration Law.
In addition to his Immigration practice, Nathan enjoys drawing upon his undergraduate studies in Computing Science and maintains a general practice including commercial and intellectual property matters.
In 2015, Nathan was elected as a member of CBA Alberta’s provincial council and he also currently co-chairs the Habitat for Humanity Edmonton Legal Build committee which gathers the legal community to fund and build a home through Habitat for Humanity every three years.
Nathan is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association including the Immigration and Intellectual Property sections.
