Daniela Perez Taylor completed a composite article with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and McCuaig Desrochers in August 2021.
Daniela received her Bachelor of Arts with Distinction (double major in Psychology and French) from the University of Alberta in 2015. In 2020, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. During her time in law school, Daniela worked with Student Legal Services of Edmonton (SLS). In 2019, she served on the Executive Committee of SLS as the Family Project Coordinator assisting low-income individuals with family law matters and volunteering as part of Do Your Own Divorce clinics. In addition, Daniela also volunteered with various pro bono clinics including the Court of Queen’s Bench Amicus program, and Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
Having lived in Mexico City until the age of 14, Daniela is fully bilingual and welcomes Spanish-speaking clients.
In her free time, Daniela enjoys dog walks in the River Valley, playing tennis, going to Edmonton’s various amazing coffee shops, volunteering, and learning new crafts.
