The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with 3+ years of call to join our team, practising in one or more of the following areas:
- Corporate/Commercial & Business Law — business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts
- Wills & Estates — estate planning, estate administration, trust work, powers of attorney, personal directives
- Real Estate — residential and commercial transactions, land development, commercial leasing

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor or LLB degree from an accredited law school,
- Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta or equivalent Canadian accreditation,
- 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial, wills and estates, and/or real estate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset — you’ll be working closely with partners, associates, and support staff alike
